Exporting visualizations
Exporting visualization generates colored PNG images with the current visualization content for all selected images. The use-case is to batch process large number of scans and create a visual representation of a particular solution.

Select one of more images in the Images list and use File / Export / Export visualization... command. A dialog box appears where the destination directory can be selected. In addition, perClass Mira requests an optional suffix to be appended to the image names. This is useful to distinguish multiple visualizations on the same set of scans or groups of scans (training, test, specific variety of a product, etc.)
TIP: When working with many images, you may export visualizations and then get a quick view on many images using Windows Explorer view thumbnails feature.
Visualization tips
Highlighting only specific classes of interest
For quick visual identification of specific detections, it is convenient to control the alpha layer per class and make unimportant classes fully transparent. This can be achieved by selecting the specific class, click Alpha toolbar button, and adjusting the transparency only for this class. For stronger visual contrast, you may also make the background darker by adjusting the top of the Spectra plot.
