SDACIVATE Activate PRSD license

 INPUT
   KEY activation key (string of the form '1234-1234-1234-1234' or
                       'PREFIX-1234-1234-1234-1234')

 OUTPUT
   RES      1 if the activation was successful, 0 otherwise
   MSG      string with detailed error message (if activation is not successful)

 DESCRIPTION
 SDACTIVATE obtains the license for this machine using activation key
 obtained from perClass BV. The license is returned from perClass BV
 server.  The license is node-locked. The activation process sends the
 machine signature to perClass BV. The returned license, saved into
 perclass.lic file, contains this signature.  If no KEY is supplied,
 PRSD_ACTIVATE asks for one using the GUI dialog.
